Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to make a return, please follow these guidelines:
- Please email yes@montanaaccessories.com your invoice number, style numbers (SKUs), quantity, and reason for return.
- Once we receive your email, we will send back a return authorization number. Please do not return any merchandise with authorization; this will result in a restocking fee.
- As soon as you receive your return authorization number, please ship the merchandise back to us using your return label. Columbus will not cover shipping costs or any other fees incurred for returns. Columbus will not cover customs and duties for international returns as well.
- Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition, we will issue a credit memo or refund.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of the date we receive your return package. Columbus is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Any merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date.
Exchange Policy
While exchanges or replacements are possible, they are authorized on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at yes@montanaaccessories.com to inquire further.
Damaged Merchandise
If you received merchandise that is damaged upon arrival, please follow the guidelines below:
- Damaged items must be reported to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Please email yes@montanaaccessories.com your invoice number, style numbers (SKUs), quantity of damaged merchandise, and pictures of the damage.
- We will not issue a refund without any images of the damages. Refunds and replacements are granted on a case-by-case basis.
